The Sviatky application (com.nameday) maintains zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), child endangerment, or harm to minors.
Sviatky is an offline calendar, nameday, and birthday reminder application. It does not allow:

Users or concerned parties can report child safety concerns directly to the developer:
All reports involving child sexual abuse or exploitation will be reviewed immediately and reported to relevant national and international authorities, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and law enforcement.
Aplikácia Sviatky uplatňuje nulovú toleranciu voči akémukoľvek zneužívaniu detí, detskej pornografii (CSAM) alebo sexuálnemu vykorisťovaniu detí (CSAE).
Aplikácia funguje lokálne a offline, neobsahuje žiadne sociálne funkcie, verejné profily, chat medzi používateľmi ani verejný zber či zdieľanie fotografií a videí.
Akýkoľvek podnet alebo podozrenie týkajúce sa bezpečnosti detí je možné bezodkladne nahlásiť vývojárovi na e-mail tomas.trusik@gmail.com alebo priamo z aplikácie v časti Nastavenia → Informácie → Nahlásiť problém / Kontakt.
Všetky prípadné podnety budú okamžite preverené a postúpené príslušným orgánom činným v trestnom konaní.
